A total of 61 calendar days or about 2 months was calculated.<br /><br />Reliable source and the 'ultimate reviewer' of CBRC hinted that results will be released within 5 working days from posting. "The LET result is in YOUR hand! The dream and the dreamer will be one!," Carl E. Balita shared on Facebook.<br /><br />On May 11, Balita posted: "In what seems like an infinity of sunrises dawns a lifetime privilege of mentors listed in the archieve of professionals and where the dream and the dreamer is ONE..." Netizens guessed that infinity shape hints of number '8' and the 'sunrises' means the total number of days since the riddle was posted. Of the 55,735,757 million registered voters, about 45 million actually exercised their right of suffrage.<br /><br />The combined data from transparency server shows that 43,708,556 of local votes already counted. This adds to the 432,706 votes from OAV. Photo Credit: Facebook/Bongbong Marcos</td></tr></tbody></table>"I want to profusely thank our volunteers and our supporters for their selfless act of giving their time and effort in helping ensure free, honest and credible elections," Marcos expressed.<br /><br />Marcos earlier urged the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to stop the on-going quick count of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) after reports that a script was introduced into the transparency server of the poll body that altered the hash codes without prior authorization of top Comelec officials. Marcos started to lose the lead shortly thereafter.<br /><br />Marcos said the prayers and words of encouragement of his volunteers and supporters nationwide continue to inspire him to keep on seeking the truth.<br /><br />"Ako'y nagpapasalamat sa mga suporta at sumusuporta pa rin, mga nagdasal at patuloy na nagdadasal at asahan po ninyo na kayo ang aking inspirasyon na patuloy na ipaglaban ang tunay na boto ng sambayanang Pilipino. These VCMs should supposedly account for around 980,000 registered voters."<br /><br />"Likewise, 333 VCMs from Lanao del Sur still need to transmit election results, 207 from Surigao del Sur, 158 in Maguindanao and 160 in Sulu."<br /><br />"I will rest when I am satisfied that the results that are being counted, that are official, are actually validated by the results as we can certainty confirm it from local reports that we get from the different precincts," Marcos concluded.</div>

We are receiving lists, nominees, suggetsions of potential members of the Cabinet as well as sub-Cabinet positions and head of various agencies," Laviña said.<br /><br />Known as a brutal-law-enforcer in his turf, Duterte bared during a media interview that he will more likely considered retired military officials like former Armed Forces Chief Hermogenes Esperon to take roles in his administration. <br /><br />On one of the ambush interviews prior to the National Elections, Mayor Rody uttered that: “running a government, after all is pure commonsense.” Meaning, an official doesn’t have to have a rocket science university degree to run an effective government. In line with this, he would really love to have his long-time friend and re-known businessman Carlos “Sonny” Dominguez III to handle either Department of Transportation or Finance Department.  Dominguez served as the Agriculture secretary during the administration of late President Cory Aquino.<br /><br />His San Beda College of Law classmate, Arthur Tugade is also highly considered as the Department of Trade and Industries Department. <br /><br />For the Department of Defense, he is still uncertain who he will place in it but one thing is for sure; that he will choose an Ex-General to handle one of the major departments of his administration. <br /><br />To support his propaganda in suppressing the illegal drug trade, Duterte revealed that he himself will handle the DILG because he wants to directly supervise the PNP. He will just hire a “pure manager” as his undersecretary. Our fixed and wireless networks were fully functional,” said Manuel V. As Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairman Andres Bautista said, election returns from over 91% of the country’s 92,509 clustered precincts were successfully transmitted to the COMELEC and its citizen’s arm, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) within 18 hours from the close of the polls.<br /><br />Timely transmission to the PPCRV transparency server in turn enabled media organizations to quickly report the results, helping dispel fears that political tensions would flare up in the aftermath of the heated political campaign.<br /><br />“The fact that the elections from a telco transmission point of view was largely uneventful was welcome news to all of us.  We were happy to do our share in making this possible,” Pangilinan said.<br /><br />“To make that happen, our entire organization prepared thoroughly for this very important national event, and was on full alert priot to and on election day itself. As it turned out, our network performed smoothly, enabling voting precincts to quickly transmit election returns,” said PLDT Group EVP and ePLDT President and CEO Ernesto R. Alberto.<br /><br />PLDT and its wireless subsidiaries Smart Communications and Sun provided high bandwidth voice and data connectivity to Smartmatic, which handled election automation services for the COMELEC, Alberto explained.<br /><br />Smart and Sun accounted for 60% of the pool of SIMs used by Smartmatic to transmit election returns from precincts. PLDT also powered the DSL broadband connection of 386 canvassing sites. To ensure problem-free transmission of results to the national board of canvassers, the company deployed technical support teams to the canvassing sites.<br /><br />Further, the PLDT Group donated fiber-optic cable connectivity and hosting services to the PPCRV for their transparency servers which supplied election results data to the various media organizations, Alberto added.<br /><br />PLDT also partnered with media organizations to support their fast and digitally-enabled election coverage.  It provided some of the connectivity requirements of GMA7 for its coverage and of ABS-CBN in its hosting of the presidential debate at the University of Pangasinan.<br /><br />Moreover, PLDT supported the data-driven coverage of TV5, resulting in its lag-free reporting of live events, clearer presentation of collected data, and interactive reporting via use of social media.<br /><br />“About a year ago, we (TV5) started planning for this election coverage. We wanted to improve on the 2010 and 2013 record of TV5 and for PLDT and Smart to provide the access and connectivity to TV5. Most important for TV5 is the data and how that data is reported. That’s why you’re seeing the kind of description of the events on a national level, local level, all the way down to the precinct level and the councilor level at almost real-time,” said Pangilinan who is also Chairman of TV5, a unit of Mediaquest Holdings which is owned by the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund.<br /><br />“This is real convergence at work - the telco providing the connectivity, the access to the data that the TV network gathers, curates and presents to the public in an understandable manner,” he said.<br /><br />TV5 President and CEO Noel Lorenzana said their efforts were focused on giving their audience a truly data-enriched coverage of the national elections.<br /><br />“We are all connected to the transparency server of PPCRV so we are able to download the raw data from PPCRV. Marcos supporters gather in Luneta amid Plan B allegation

PHOTO CREDIT: Inquirer</td></tr></tbody></table>On Tuesday, May 10, Marcos alleged irregularities in the partial and unofficial counting of the votes for the vice-presidential race claiming that the Aquino administration’s plan B is in full swing.<br /><br />Marcos said: “Talagang yung napapag-usapan na Plan B ay mukhang talagang itinutuloy nila dahil iniiipit ang pag-transmit ng ibang mga boto na galing sa balwarte ko parang pinapalabas na nangunguna si Cong. Robredo.”<br /><br />(They are really pushing Plan B and they are preventing the transmission of votes from my stronghold to make it appear that Cong. Robredo is leading.)<br /><br />Earlier, the Ilocano lawmaker revealed Liberal Party’s alleged Plan B to ensure that President Benigno Aquino III will not end up in jail after the National Elections.<br /><br />“The Plan B is to ensure victory for Leni Robredo and remove Duterte via impeachment. In this way, Noynoy [the President’s nickname] and his minions will avoid being jailed,” Marcos revealed in a news conference.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Marcos’ running mate and losing presidential candidate Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago has also accused the administration of “manufacturing numbers” for Robredo.<br /><br /><div id="unruly_placeholder"></div>In a statement sent to reporters, Santiago said: “The roller coaster ride of vice presidential candidate Ferdinand Marcos Jr. invites comparison with a garrison state. In such a state, the authoritarian government feels free to manufacture numbers as they are needed.”<br /><br />Political analyst Jan Robert Go, on the other hand, believes that there is no reason to doubt the vice presidential results if you trust the partial and unofficial presidential tally.<br /><br />Go explained: "When you put in the ballot, it (vote counting machine) reads the same ballot.
