Top 10 Passers: UP-Diliman grad tops January 2017 Architect board exam (ALE)

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Friday, February 3, the complete list of passers for January 2017 Architect board exam also known as Architect Licensure Examination (ALE). Robert S. Sac with two other members, Arch. Fidel Jose R. Siapno and Arch. Robert M. Mirafuente.
