Those awaiting results of March 20, 2016 LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) or known as Teachers Board Exam can find here the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) released official results in 29-42 working days after the exam.
The PRC administered the LET board exam in at least 20 test locations nationwide: NCR (Manila), Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) City, Cebu City, Davao City, Laoag City, Legazpi City, Albay, Lucena City, Quezon, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, Rosales, Pangasinan, Tuguegarao, Masbate City, Antique, Bacolod, Iloilo, Catarman, Jolo, Sulu, Tacloban, Tawi-tawi, Zamboanga, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon.
Though the total number of takers nationwide was not announced but PRC Baguio said a total of 7,938 examinees took the exam in Baguio and Rosales, Pangasinan. The counts is almost same with the March 2015 board exam.
The BPT who gave the licensure exam is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

Updating for the list of passers...Coverage of Exam and Passing PercentageThe first licensure examination for teachers this 2016 covered two (2) parts for Elementary - General Education (40%) and Professional Education (60%) and three (3) parts for Secondary - General Education (20%), Professional Education (40%) and Specialization (40%).
The test covered the major areas of GE (English, Filipino, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences subjects), PE (teaching profession, social dimensions of education, principles of teaching, education technology, curriculum development, facilitating learning, child and adolescent development, assessment of student learning, developmental reading, field study and practice teaching). The 10 specializations for Secondary Teacher with exam coverage depends on the chosen course: English, Filipino, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Social Studies or Social Sciences, Values Education, MAPEH, Agriculture and Fishery Arts and TLE (Technology and Livelihood Education.
In order to pass March 2016 LET, an examinee must obtain an average rating of not less than 75% and must have no rating lower than 50% in any of the tests, PRC said.
Probable release date of LET ResultsPRC Board News, our partner website for PRC exam results said that the
probable release date of March 2016 LET exam is between May 2 (Monday) and May 20 (Friday). The expected date excludes holidays (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and national election day) and weekends. A total of 61 calendar days or about 2 months was calculated.
According to PRC Resolution No. 2015-948, the target release date of March 2016 LET results is on Monday, May 16, 2016 or in 38 working days after the exam. In March 2015, results are out after 38 working days. A total of 12,103 elementary teachers out of 44,144 examinees (27.42%) and 17,904 secondary teachers out of 56,596 examinees (31.63%) successfully passed the LET.
In September 2015 exams, results were out online after 48 working days. PRC named 21,461 elementary teachers out of 68,442 examinees (31.36%) and 34,010 secondary teachers out of 81,463 examinees (41.75%) who have hurdled the licensure exam.

Aside from the full results, the registration schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following: 1) duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; 2) latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula); 3) 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag); 4) metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and 5) the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should PERSONALLY register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
