The Real Estate Broker board exam was conducted on Sunday, May 22, 2016 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Pagadian and Tuguegarao.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.

Updating for the list of passers...The second Real Estate Broker exams this year covered the following subjects: general fundamentals of property ownership, real estate laws and taxation, special and technical knowledge and professional practice which includes real estate brokerage practice, planning, development and zoning, basic principles of ecology and appraisal for brokers.
According to PRC, the
target release of real estate brokers board exam is on Friday, May 27, 2016 or in 5 working days after the exam.
In May 2015 exam, results were out online in just 4 working days. 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination.
Last February, PRC announced that 5,499 out of 9,749 passed the licensure exam. Results out in 5 working days.
We advise examinees to monitor results starting Thursday, May 26 or in 4 working days.
Aside from the complete results, the Registration schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
