Kami ay taimtim na nakikiramay sa mga naulila," the hackers group said.<br /><br />The hackers were referring to Dr. Anna Liezel Sahagun who allegedly denied Siarra Pelayo, who was about to give birth to her second child last February 19. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, but was also not accepted because the lack of vacant incubator at the public hospital.<br /><br /><center><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/eVpNaNZ8GqY" width="560"></iframe></center><br />The couple claimed that upon returning to the UST Hospital, they begged again but they were still allegedly refused to be accepted. Tomas, Batangas. Interested applicants may <a rel='nofollow' href="https://www.pup.edu.ph/iapply/pupcet.aspx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">apply online</a>.<br /><br />Note that each campus has an allotted specific date to show the list of its successful examinees. Confirmation of slot and schedule of application are done through the university's website, and failure to confirm slot may result in the cancellation of admission to the campus.<br /><br />The University advised examinees to call the PUP Admission Services hotlines (+63 2) 335-1798 to 99) and (+63 2) 335-1797 for PUP Branches and Campuses for other inquiries or question about the PUP College Entrance Test.<br /><br />The entrance exam in PUP, conducted annually screens high school student or a high school graduate whose academic performance is above-average and has a good moral character. Those who are qualified in the PUP College Entrance Test (PUPCET) based on the cut-off score for the upcoming school year are the following: graduating high school students of the current year with a General Average of at least 82% or higher in first three (3) years in high school or High school graduates with General Weighted Average of 82% or higher in the first three (3) years in high school and with a General Average of 82% in the Fourth Year and and have not enrolled in any diploma/degree program immediately after high school graduation.<br /><br />The country's first polytechnic and largest university is using PUP iApply website for the application. An applicant is only allowed to apply and take the PUPCET in one campus and only once in an academic year.<br /><br />The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is a government educational institution governed by Republic Act Number 8292 known as the Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations contained in the Commission on Higher Education Memorandum Circular No. 4, series 1997. Passers are qualified to enroll in secondary and post-secondary schools.<br /><br />In 2014, a total of 84,785 successfully hurdled the exam nationwide.
