Those awaiting results of May 2015 Real Estate Broker board exam can find here the full list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service released results in few working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the Real Estate Broker board exam on Sunday, May 24, 2015 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Lucena. The members of the Board of Real Estate Service is headed by Dr. Eduardo G. Ong and members Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo.
Real Estate Broker exams cover the following subjects: general fundamentals of property ownership, real estate laws and taxation, special and technical knowledge and professional practice which includes real estate brokerage practice, planning, development and zoning, basic principles of ecology and appraisal for brokers.
PRC stated on Resolution No. 2014-874 that the target release date of Real Estate Brokers licensure exam is on Friday, May 29, 2015 or in 5 working days after the exam.In March 2014 exams, PRC announced results in 5 working days. A total of 2,048 out of 3,535 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination. University of the Philippines (UP) - Diliman graduate topped the board with 84.00 percent grade.
In March 2013, results were released in eight (8) working days after the exam. PRC named 1,928 out of 2,969 passers of the Real Estate Brokers licensure exam. Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) - QC graduate led the passers with 85.25 percent grade.
Aside from the full results, the registration schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced by PRC. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
