Top 10 Passers: CIT grad tops November 2015 Civil Engineer board exam

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Tuesday, November 24 the complete list of passers for the November 2015 Civil Engineer board exam.
