Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.<br /><br />Those who will register are required to bring the following: <br /><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Notice of admission</li><li>duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal</li><li>2 pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)</li><li>2 sets of documentary stamps</li></ul><br />Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.<br /><br /><b>VERIFICATION OF RATINGS</b><br /><br />Psycholosgist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.<br /><br />Visit PRC's "<a rel='nofollow' href="http://www.prc.gov.ph/services/?id=41" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Verification of Rating</a>" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.<br /><br /><b>COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION</b><br /><br />The two-day Psychologist exam covered the following subjects: advance theories of personality, psychological counseling and psychotherapy, advance psychological assessment and advance abnormal psychology.<br /><br /><b>RELEASE OF RESULTS</b><br /><br />According to <b>PRC Resolution No. 2016-1019</b>, the target release of results for the recent Psychologist board exam is on Tuesday, November 7 or in four (4) working days after the exam.<br /><br />In the August 2016 Psychologist board exam, a total of 63 out of 120 passed the exam. Cherie Ann Tam Lo from the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) - QC aced the board with 81.80%.<br /><br />In the July 2015 exams, 36 out of 76 takers successfully hurdled the series of tests. More than a week after, <b><a rel='nofollow' href="http://pinoybuzz.blogkorner.com/2017/11/isabel-granada-dead-had-premonition-of-death.html">Isabel passed away at the age of 41</a></b>. The public couldn’t believe the sad news of her death, especially her husband.<br /><br />Cowley shared an emotional message to Isabel’s fans, friends and supporters. He shared how grateful he is that the Filipino community in Doha helped them through such a difficult time. <br /><br />Cowley became emotional when he recalled her loving wife as they were supposed to be celebrating their second anniversary. They were both very excited to have a good time in Doha and were in high spirits when they left Manila.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />He said that while he bids goodbye to Isabel, he was kissing her hand and telling her to rest. Cowley admitted that it came to a point when he wished that “sana ako na lang,” because he knew Isabel still had so much to offer.
