Potenciano Medical Center in Mandaluyong but was declared dead at 12:05 p.m.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />A friend of Mar on Facebook also confirmed the sad news, Ken Reyes wrote: "Ito yung pagkakataon na inaasahan kong FAKE NEWS lang!!
