She was immediately rushed to the hospital by the mall personnel. The mall security and the local authorities are currently investigating the matter. We will cooperate for further inquiry,” Tan said in a statement.<br /><br />On Sunday, netizens were shocked as photos of the incident went viral online. Mallgoers who witnessed the tragedy also expressed their sympathy on social media.<br /><br />"Megamall" has been a trending topic on Valentine's Day immediately after the incident.</div>
