MANILA, Philippines - The November 2017 Agriculturist board exam results which include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools are expected to be released on Thursday, December 7, or in five (5) working days after the exam.
Agriculturist board exam was administered on Tuesday to Thursday, November 28, 29 and 30, in the cities of Manila, All Regional Offices and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Agriculture are Dr. Fortunato A. Battad, Chairman; Dr. Nora B. Inciong, Inv. Gonzalo O. Catan, Jr. and Mr. Vicente L. Domingo, Members.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGSAgriculturist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

NOTE: If you have 'Jr" name suffix, please add it after your FIRST NAME (i.e Eduardo Jr ) to avoid 'no matching record found' error.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATIONThe 3-day examination for Agriculturist basically covers the following fields of specialization:
1. Crop and soil sciences
2. Crop protection
3. Animal science
4. Agricultural economics and marketing
5. Agricultural extension and communication
6. Post-harvest technology
PASSING RATETo pass the licensure examination for Agriculturists, a candidate must obtain a weighted general average (WGA) of 75% with no grade lower than 60% in any give subject/s. However, if an examinee obtains a WGA rating of 75% or higher but obtained a rating of below 60% in any given subject/s, he/she shall be allowed to take the examination in the subject or subjects where he obtained a grade below 60% only once.
RELEASE OF RESULTSIn accordance with
PRC Resolution No. 2016-1019, the target release of November 2017 Agriculturist board exam results is on
Thursday, November 7 or in five (5) working days after the exam.
In the April 2017 Agriculturist board exam, results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of tests. 927 out of 2,938 passed the series of exams. None of the schools qualified for the top performing list by PRC.
In October 2016 exam, results were released online in five (5) working days. A total of 1,790 out of 5,795 passed the examination. University of the Philippines (UP) - Los Baños was the only top performing school with 96.83% or 122 out of 126 passed the exams.
