The Professional level lasts for three hours and 10 minutes, while the Sub-professional level, for two hours and 40 minutes.<br /><br />Passing rate is 80.<br /><br />Passing the career service examinations would result in the conferment of either Professional or Sub-professional Eligibility that is needed, among others, for permanent appointment to corresponding career service positions in the government except those that involve practice of profession or are covered by special laws.</div>

grammar and correct usage; paragraph organization; reading comprehension; analogy/logic (i.e., word association, identifying assumptions and conclusions, logic, data interpretation); and numerical reasoning (i.e., basic operations, word problems)<br /><br />For the sub-professional level, exam coverage is almost the same with the inclusion of clerical operations instead of analogy and logic and timed for 2.67 hours.<br /><br />Examinees can generate their examination rating through OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System which can also be accessed through the CSC website. Generation of examination rating through OCSERGS shall be available approximately 15 days after the posting of the List of Passers.</div>
