Mark admits to having an unexpected “friendshift” with a male friend. After the incident, Mark promised to completely avoid the actor. It worked for several years, until one drunken night at a bar.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />Mark shared that he was at a club when his “male friend” and his girlfriend joined the party. The singer-performer tried his best to evade his friend but to no avail. Once his girlfriend left, Mark described, “We then got so drunk that I ended up going home with him. They’ll still be the only ones who will benefit from it and they’ll be the only ones who’ll wait for the next auctions. Some CPD Councils have revised their respective operational guidelines to further make CPD more accessible and affordable.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />Meanwhile, the commission reminds the public to be vigilant by validating the veracity of news item circulating in the Internet and social media.<br /><br /><blockquote class="tr_bq"><i>"An apparent proliferation of inaccurate and misleading news stories regarding Continuing Professional Development (CPD) has spread widely misleading professionals on the proposal to abolish Republic Act 10912 or the CPD Law," PRC said.</i></blockquote><br />"In a recent senate hearing, Sen. He added that others have less access to PRC-accredited institutions, especially those assigned in far-flung areas who are compelled to travel to major cities just to process their applications and complete the required CPD units.<br /><br />"Obviously, these problems are not the intention of the CPD law. This is the first time the delay has reached the following fiscal year. In a recent comment, Education Undersecretary Jesus Mateo blamed failed biddings and delayed processing of clearances.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />"The long delay in the release of these bonuses is absolutely unacceptable. Our grossly underpaid teachers rely on these bonuses to support their families and make ends meet," said Gatchalian, the vice-chairman of the Senate Education Committee.<br /><br />Stressing that DepEd needs to fix this problem as soon as possible, he urged DepEd to streamline their clearance processing mechanisms to ensure that no further delays will occur. Under the bill, they would half the number of green cards issued in a way to reduce the number of legal immigration to the US.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />During Trump’s state of the union address, he made his intentions clear, “Under our plan, we focus on the immediate family by limiting sponsorships to spouses and minor children. This vital reform is necessary, not just for our economy, but for our security, and our future.”<br /><br />Atty. Lou Tancinco, a Filipina who heads a U.S. immigration law office explained that the bill threatens up to 400,000 Filipino family members waiting to be petitioned to live in the US. <br /><br />"Almost 400,000 family members of Filipino descent waiting to be reunited with their US citizen petitioners will lose out on their opportunity to immigrate to the US,” she said.<br /><br />“Since the executive actions of Trump were released in January and February of this year (2017), the immigrants who are without legal status became more vulnerable, even those who do not have criminal cases," Atty. Tancino continued.<br /><br />As of 2015, the US Census Bureau recorded up to 3,898,739 Filipinos staying in the country. A binocular or telescope will help magnify the view and will make the red coloration of the Moon brighter.<br /><br />Meanwhile, a Blue Moon will light the sky on January 31 at 9:27 PM (PST).
