He was also advised of the 60 days processing lead time.<br /><br /><blockquote class="tr_bq"><i>Note: Since April 2016, PRC deployed new system for the online renewal of PRC license called "Licensure Examination and Registration Information System" or LERIS, a portal developed to enhance the process and avoid long waiting time. Instead of the usual 'assessment-scanning-processing-payment-issuance' process, the new hassle-free services involve online registration and payment and 'processing-issuance of card' at the PRC office. (<b>READ</b>: <a href="http://pinoybuzz.blogkorner.com/2016/04/prc-license-id-renewal-online-now-available-9-easy-steps.html" rel="nofollow">PRC License ID Renewal Online now Available in 9 easy steps</a>)</i></blockquote><br />Bernal called the support of his fellow professionals to boycott the renewal of their PRC license until the PRC makes the process “just and fair.”<br /><br />In the end, he also asked President Rodrigo Duterte to make changes and states that the President “who hates corruption, should fire all PRC personnel.”<br /><br /><center><iframe allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" height="759" scrolling="no" src="https://web.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fweb.facebook.com%2Fbham.bernal%2Fposts%2F10155485085072637&width=500" style="border: none; overflow: hidden;" width="500"></iframe></center><br />Bernal’s post amassed over 50,000 shares 60,000 Likes as of press time.<br /><br />Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Undersecretary Mocha Uson, being tagged in the post, said she will raise the issue to the administration.<br /><br /><b>Trillanes to review implementation of professional development law</b><br /><br />After getting a number of complaints from various stakeholders on the implementation of CPD Act, Trillanes in July last year, filed Resolution 441 seeking to conduct an inquiry on the law's implementation.<br /><br />According to Trillanes, chairman of the Committee on Civil Service, Government Reorganization and Professional Regulation, "More than a year after the said law took effect, numerous stakeholders have raised pressing issues regarding its implementation, foremost of which are the affordability and accessibility in acquiring CPD units."<br /><br />Trillanes explained that numerous professionals, especially those who are unemployed, underemployed or who receive low wages, and casual or contractual employees, may not be able to afford to pay the training, seminar, or courses needed to renew their licenses. He added that others have less access to PRC-accredited institutions, especially those assigned in far-flung areas who are compelled to travel to major cities just to process their applications and complete the required CPD units.<br /><br />"Obviously, these problems are not the intention of the CPD law. It was created to help our professionals cope with their respective globalizing field; thus, we want to call the attention of the PRC and Professional Regulatory Boards, so they can review and amend their implementing or operational guidelines, which should not be burdensome to our professionals," Trillanes further explained.<br /><br /><b>— Sally, The Summit Express</b></div>

Screengrab from Youtube.</td></tr></tbody></table>In an interview with Boy Abunda, Molina clarified that cursing issue is true but it was "with good intentions na sana napaganda ang show, mapaarte ang artista, makuha ang kailangan para mapaganda ang show."<br /><br />"He was right, I really cursed. But not at him, ilalagay ko lang sa konteksto. Hindi nakalagay doon sa letter kung gaano kadalas siya nagkamali. Hindi nakalagay sa letter ilang beses kinunan 'yon. Hindi nakalagay sa letter ano ang sinabi niya kung bakit ako nakarating sa gano'ng emosyon."<br /><br />She also recalled the exact words that possibly hurt Campomanes: "sino ba ang kausap mo bakit hindi ka tumingin? Tignan mo, ang kulit mo naman, e, paksh*t ka."<br /><br />Molina explained she's wrong on cursing but clarified it was a normal "language" in the industry.<br /><br />"Hindi ko sinasabing tama ang pagmumura, hindi siya mura to degrade or to humiliate or to insult anyone."<br /><br />Molina added if she was aware that Campomanes don't know their "language," she would have immediately apologized.<br /><br />"Kaya ko naman mag-apologize, e. Kayang kaya ko. Hindi niya pala alam ang lenguwahe ng industriyang 'to. Ang alam ng mga staff at mga boss na tapos na ang issue. Siguro may naipangako, hindi ko alam na magso-sorry ako. Bakit deretso sa social media? Bakit January 1? Bakit pagkatapos ng pelikula ko? Bakit hindi nung kasagsagan ng "Forevermore? Bakit kelangan ako sa masira sa maraming tao?"<br /><br />Molina said she prayed for the Lord to guide her so she will not hurt other people again. She also apologized and admitted that she was careless on using words.<br /><br />"Sana may matutunan kami rito, pati ang kompaya at mga katrabaho ko. Things happen for a reason."<br /><br />Meanwhile, “Forevermore’s” business unit head Des Tanwangco also released an <a href="http://pinoybuzz.blogkorner.com/2016/01/abs-cbn-issues-statement-on-cathy-garcia-molina-controversy.html" rel="nofollow">official statement</a>. It states: <br /><br /><i>“ABS-CBN acknowledged and responded immediately to Alvin Campomanes when he wrote to us in October 2014. We also sought a meeting with Mr Campomanes and Rossellyn Domingo through MTQ Promotions and Talent Management, the agency that engaged their services for the project.</i><br /><i><br /></i><i>“But we were later informed by MTQ Promotions and Talent Management owner Mary Ann Trumata-Rejano that there was no need for a meeting as they had met with Mr Campomanes and Ms Domingo and settled the issue.</i><br /><i><br /></i><i>“When Ms Domingo posted an open letter on her Facebook last Dec 30, we were surprised to learn that the issue has not been resolved, contrary to what the talent agency owner told us. At present, we are in communication with Mr Campomanes and both parties have agreed to meet to resolve the matter.”</i></div>

Nakatatak sa alaala ko ang mga ngisi at tawanan ng mga staff at cameramen niyo kapag nagpapakawala kayo ng mga mura. Hindi niyo alam kung gaanong iginagalang ng napakaraming tao ang “ekstrang” minura-mura at ipinahiya ninyo,” Domingo wrote in her Facebook note.<br /><br />(It’s very painful for me to witness my boyfriend being cursed in front of many people. The smirks and laughs of the staff and cameramen as she says curse words are in my memory. You don’t know how much respect people give to that “extra” you cursed and humiliated.)<br /><br />Campomanes, a University of the Philippines educator and historian, filed a complaint addressed to ABS-CBN broadcast head Ma. Socorro V. Vidanes on October 22, 2014. He urged the network giant to take disciplinary actions against Molina, a certain Jeng and talent coordinator John Leonardo, who took Camponanes as a substitute actor.<br /><br />In the letter of complaint, Campomanes detailed how Molina verbally abused after he failed to follow the instructions she gave him during the first day of taping. The first-time actor claimed that he was “denigrated” by Molina during the second day of taping after he committed errors in blocking. <br /><br />“I was verbally abused. ‘P*tang *na! Ang hirap turuan!’ ‘K*nang *na!’ ‘P*ksh*t ka, Makoy!’ At that point, I remember Joey Marquez spared me from further humiliation by coaching me on how to position my body for that particular scene. I believe he was uncomfortable seeing me endure all those hurtful remarks, aware as he was that his daughter Winwyn was my student in San Beda. As a matter of prudence, I struggled to maintain my composure. I did not want to engage a woman who is almost as old as my parents in a shouting match. I am the better person. I was raised well by my parents. I was formed well by my teachers. I am an educator.
