Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.<br /><br /><b>COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION</b><br /><br />The two-day examination covered the following major subjects: forest ecosystem and forest policy and governance (Day 1), forest engineering and utilization and forest resources management (Day 2).<br /><br /><b>RELEASE OF RESULTS</b><br /><br />According to <b>PRC Resolution No. 2016-1019</b>, the target release date of the recent Forestry board exam results is on <b>Friday, September 15 or in 2 working days</b> after the test.<br /><br />In the same period last year (September 2016), results were announced in two (2) working days. PRC named 633 out of 1,370 (46.20%) passed the exams. University of the Philippines - Los Banos (UPLB) was the lone top performing school garnering 100% or 85 examinees successfully hurdled the exam.<br /><br />In August 2015 exam, results were released online also in 2 working days. A total of 461 out of 961 (47.97%) passed the Forester Licensure Examination. They should be in talks with the Department of Justice or representatives of the finance department and Central Bank.”<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />Still, the president stressed that he only enforces agreements and that he cannot agree or disagree with a proposition in which he has no authority. <br /><br />Earlier, Duterte said he’d ask for immunity if he were the Marcoses.<br /><br />“If I were the Marcoses, kung isauli ko man 'yan, sabihin ko sa kanila, maghingi kayo ng immunity. Otherwise, keep the goddamn money at baka isauli mo nga, makulong ka,” Duterte said.<br /><br />While the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG)  has recovered at least P170 billion from the Marcoses as well as their cronies, the agency believes that the family stashed around $5 billion to $10 billion during their 20-year regime.<br /><br />Several lawmakers including Rep. Edcel Lagman, Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate and Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat Jr. have opposed the plan to grant immunity to the family of the late dictator.<br /><br />For Baguilat, the quest for recovering the Marcos wealth was “more than just money.”<br /><br />“It’s about justice and accountability for the crimes against the people during Martial Law—the killings, the torture, the suppression of freedoms and the degradation of our democratic institutions,” Baguilat explained.<br /><b><br /></b> <b>-- Mini, The Summit Express</b></div>

Some of these rights include right to equality; right to life, liberty and personal security; as well as right to free movement in and out of the country.<br /><b><br /></b> <b>Hope in the Senate</b><br /><br />On Wednesday, September 13, several members of the Senate vowed to restore the agency’s budget.<br /><br />Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, a sponsor of the CHR budget in the Senate said in a text message: "Of course we will stand our ground on this matter and more. Once we get hold of the House version of the General Appropriations Bill, we will scrutinize it as we always do year in and year out.”<br /><br />On Twitter, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero wrote: “The CHR is a constitutional imperative and necessity, however inconvenient it may be for some… I will fight to restore its budget.”<br /><br />“CHR is a necessity, the Constitution mandates it. Functions as a guardian against abuse of those in authority,” Senator JV Ejercito tweeted.<br /><br /><b>Where will the funds go?</b><br /><br />With a huge slash on the budget of the CHR and the retention of the national budget at P3.76 trillion, Sen. Lacson can’t help but question where the House realigned the slashed funds.<br /><br />Lacson said: “P678-million CHR budget reduced to P1,000 but House version of 2018 national budget stays at P3.767 trillion.
