<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">MANILA, Philippines- A netizen's bank account almost got drained after withdrawing at a tampered ATM machine.<br /><br />A certain Jayvi Villar is blaming a tampered ATM machine inside Banco De Oro (BDO) Bonifacio Global City Picadilly Star Branch for unauthorized withdrawals made in his bank account. All cards inserted into the card slot of an ATM machine with a skimming device will be copied magnetically.<br /><br />Using a regular computer with an extraction software, skimmers will be able to obtain the copied information from your card. They also use a “decoy ATM keypad”, which is a modus keypad attached on top of the original ATM keypad of the banks. This decoy ATM keypad has a “key-stroke recorder that will record your PIN on it. Some skimmers install hidden cameras somewhere in the vicinity of the ATM machine with the view of the ATM keypad to obtain your PIN by following your finger movement.<br /><br />Once skimmers obtain your information and PIN, they will be using a card replicator or card maker to print a copy of your card and do whatever they wish to do with it. <br /><br />According to shopbycards.com, it is essential to inspect an ATM machine before making any transactions to avoid ATM skimming. When entering your PIN codes, always cover your hands. Alam naman nating lahat na pag debate ang pinag-uusapan ay si Senator Santiago ang talagang hasang-hasa dyan at sanay na sanay dyan," Marcos said in an ambush interview during a break on his sortie yesterday in Muntinlupa City.<br /><br />Marcos said it was obvious in the presidential debates that compared to other candidates, Santiago had a deeper appreciation and analysis of the problems affecting the country today as well as the applicable practical solutions.<br /><br />"Ganyan talaga ang ugali ni Sen. Santiago, hindi shallow, hindi peripheral, hindi tangential ang kanyang pag-iisip kundi pinupuntahan na talaga kung ano yung puno't dulo ng problema at yun kagabi ang nakita natin," Marcos said.<br /><br />However, Marcos thinks it would help the voters make a better assessment and comparison of the capabilities of the candidates if in the next round of debates they would be made to answer common questions on specific issues.<br /><br />After consolidating his support in the "Solid North", on the first two weeks of the campaign, Marcos has begun his foray yesterday into the CALABARZON (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) area, which the Commission on Election tagged as having the most number of voters in the country at 7.6 million.<br /><br />Marcos is thankful for the warm reception he got from the people of Muntinlupa.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Marcos believes the issue of Santiago's health will not affect their campaign at all.<br /><br />There were earlier calls for presidential candidates to bare their health record, particularly directed at Santiago who had admitted having Stage 4 lung cancer but eventually said she has beaten it.<br /><br />"She's fine. Of course she has a condition that she has to take care of. But other than that, she is handling the campaign very well," said Marcos.<br /><br />"If she says she's okay, I believe that," he added.<br /><br />Marcos also said it's not health but strategic reason why he and Santiago are not oftentimes seen together in campaign sorties, particularly to enable them to reach as many people as possible that they wouldn't be able to do if they would always go together.<br /><br />"Umiikot sya sa mga college. Even airport and airline staff were barred from taking photos of Madonna through their phones.<br /><br />The global music icon who rose to fame with her popular 80s hits such as 'Material Girl', 'Crazy for You' and 'Like A Virgin' was only initially set to do a one-night showstopping musical performance at the MOA Arena, but due to the "overwhelming public demand", Madonna's team later on gave in to do a two-night historic concert much to the delight of her fans. <br /><br />The statement of having an additional night to the concert was made July last year by Live Nation Entertainment, the producer of the tour. Cebu Province is the next most cited large area after Metro Manila. Almost 7 percent of the respondents said that they are planning to buy a property in Cebu. Almost 80 percent of the surveyed participants cited the Internet as their starting point when researching about real estate. The survey revealed that 33.89 percent of the respondents were aged 50 years and older, followed by the age groups 31–40 years (28.13 percent), 41–50 years (21.15 percent), 21–30 years (16.11 percent), and under 20 years (0.72 percent).<br /><br />There are slightly more female respondents (54 percent) than male, which is consistent with Lamudi Philippines’ onsite data that shows that more women search for properties online than men.</div>

Each of the four boys in the group boldly took the plunge from the high bridge to the deep waters of Pasig river.<br /><br />When it was Malayao’s turn to jump into the river, the young boy showed hesitation as to whether he should go for the dive. But due to peer pressure, Malayao, who appeared too scared to jump, soon found himself doing the dare as he jumped from the lower portion of the bridge.<br /><br />But unlike his friends, Malayao didn’t emerge from water after jumping. His pals tried to search for him, but Malayao’s lifeless body would only be found a day after, floating along the river in Tondo area. Abad said.<br /><br /><b>RELATED: </b><a href="http://pinoybuzz.blogkorner.com/2016/01/14th-month-bonus-government-employees-june-2016.html" rel="nofollow">14th month bonus set to be given to government employees</a><br /><br />This action by the President leverages the benefits package in order to increase the take-home pay of government employees as stipulated in the proposed SSL bills.<br /><br /><b>Compensation Adjustment Strategy</b><br /><br />a) Raise the minimum salary for Salary Grade 1 from the current rate of Nine Thousand Pesos (P9,000) to Eleven Thousand Sixty Eight Pesos (P11,068) to make it even more competitive with the market rates;<br /><br />b) Bring the compensation of government personnel closer to their private counterparts to at least 70% of the median of the market for all salary grades;<br /><br />c) Eliminate overlaps in between salary grade allocations of government personnel to recognize differences in duties and responsibilities of the positions;<br /><br />d) Maximize the net take home pay of government personnel through the inclusion of additional benefits; and<br /><br />e) Strengthen the performance-based incentive system in recognition of government personnel who play a greater role and carry a heavier responsibility in attaining performance targets and delivering results.<br /><br />The <a href="http://www.gov.ph/2016/02/19/executive-order-no-201-s-2016/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Executive Order</a> effects compensation adjustments for this year as an interim measure to implement Tranche 1 of the proposed SSL, the full year requirement for which has already been provided in the National Budget.<br /><br />For civilian government personnel, the EO effects the adoption of the same proposals in House Bill 6268 and Senate Bill 2671 for salary increase, the grant of the mid-year bonus equivalent to one month’s basic salary, and the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) at P 5,000.<br /><br />Government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) not covered by the Governance Commission for GOCCs may implement the aforementioned compensation adjustments charged to their corporate funds.<br /><br />LGUs may also implement the compensation adjustments subject to the Personnel Services limitation under the law.<br /><br />For MUP, the EO effects the increase of Hazard Pay, and the grant of a substantial Provisional Allowance and an Officers’ Allowance in lieu of Base Pay increase. These two new allowances will approximate the additional remuneration had Base Pay been increased. The amounts of these allowances are also based on the proposed increases in Base Pay under the SSL 2015 bill. This is an interim measure until such time that a pension reform measure is passed in Congress that will mitigate the impact of pension indexation.<br /><br />The implementation of these compensation adjustments provided in the EO shall be effective January 1, 2016 with respect to all civilian and MUP personnel. <br /><br />With respect to regular members of the Cabinet, the effectivity is on July 1, 2016. For the President, Vice-President, and Members of Congress, the compensation adjustments shall take effect only after the expiration of the respective terms of the incumbents.<br /><br />"We trust that Congress will pass the SSL when it resumes so that the proposed compensation adjustments to be implemented in four tranches over four years will be permanent," Abad added.</div>

The clip quickly captured the attention of Facebook users with over 14,000 shares and almost 250,000 views as of this writing.<br /><br />In the video clip, the Sarangani representative explained his stand on same-sex marriage in the Philippines. The eight-time world boxing champion, who is against homosexual unions, compared members of the same-sex relationships to animals. His disputable statement caused outrage in the gay community and severed his business relationship with sports giant Nike. <br /><br />However, the uncut version of Pacquiao’s revealed something that may possibly change the view of people about the issue.<br /><br />Towards the end of the video, the 37-year-old professional boxer clarified that he is not condemning gay people.<br /><br />“Pero I am not condemning them.
