They noted the danger that the rainwater may cause, “potentially dangerous mud flows or lahar would flow down the slopes of Mayon if the ash and debris it has been spewing since the weekend mixes with rainwater.”<br /><br />PAGASA already placed the Bicol areas of Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes, and Sorsogon under orange rain warning. Meanwhile, light to moderate rains is still expected over MIMAROPA, Bicol Region and Visayas.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br />The weather bureau said northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.<br /><br />In NCR, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to moderate rains or thunderstorms will be experienced. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 22 kph.<br /><div id="unruly-unit"></div><br /><b>Forecast Positions:</b><br /><br /><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>24 Hour(Tomorrow morning): 1,395 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (OUTSIDE PAR)(27.5°N, 133.3°E)</li><li>48 Hour(Monday morning):2,460 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (OUTSIDE PAR)(36.1°N, 139.8°E)</li></ul><br />The weather system is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between late night today and early morning tomorrow.<br /><br />The estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 1900 km diameter of the Typhoon.<br /><br />The southwesterly wind flow enhanced by the typhoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate and at times heavy rainshowers during thunderstorms over Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and the provinces of Palawan and Mindoro.<br /><br />PAGASA advised that sea travel remains risky over the seaboard of Northern Luzon, the eastern seaboard of Central Luzon, of Southern Luzon and of Mindanao, the southern and eastern seaboards of Palawan and the western and eastern seaboards of Visayas.</div>
