Those awaiting results of March 2016 Medical Technologist (MedTech) board exam can find here the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Medical Technology released results in few working days after the exam.
PRC has conducted the first board exam for medical technologists this year on March 9 and 10 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao.
The members of the Board of Medical Technology are Dr. Marietta C. Baccay, Chairman; Ms. Marilyn R. Atienza and Ms. Marian M. Tantingco, Members.

Those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician, PRC said.
Medtech board exam covered the following subjects: clinical chemistry, microbiology and parasitology, clinical microscopy (March 9); hematology, blood banking and serology, hispathologic techniques, cytotechnology, medical technology laws, related laws and its implementing rules and the code of ethics (March 10).
According to PRC, the target release date of Medical technologist board exam is on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 or in 3 working days after the exam.
In the same period last year, exam results were out online after 3 working days. 1,419 out of 1,942 passed the Medtech licensure exams.
In September 2015, results were available after 3 days. A total of 4,048 out of 4,840 hurdled the tests.
Aside from the complete results, the schedule of registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019.
PRC advised that successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
