The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today officially announced that 884 out of 1,886 (46.87%) Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) and 1,134 out of 2,705 (41.92%) Registered Master Electricians (RME) successfully passed the Electrical Engineer (EE) Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena this April 2015.

PRC named Batangas State University (BatSU) as the top performing school in the April 2015 REE as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010. BatSU got 90.91-percent passing rate or 40 out of 44 hurdled the exams.
For RME, De La Salle University (DLSU) - Lipa topped the board with 83.54 percent or 66 out of 79 passed the exams.
The performance of schools in the April 2015 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
