Her brother, whom Suarez didn’t identify, was apparently put on hold at the Immigration because his identity matched that of a killer from Bulacan.<br /><br />Suarez’ brother insisted his innocence and pointed out that he’s from Sta. Rosa, Laguna and had been frequently leaving the country for Dubai. He also showed copies of his police and NBI clearance as proof. <br /><br />Her brother immediately contacted Suarez, who happens to be a lawyer, to seek advice on how to handle the ordeal. Suarez then instructed her brother to let her talk to the personnel. <br /><br />“Sabi ng kuya ko dun sa Kalbong taga Immigration kakausapin siya ng kapatid niyang abogado which is ako yun,” Suarez wrote on Facebook.<br /><br />(My brother told the bald man from Immigration that his sibling, who’s a lawyer, will talk to him.)<br /><br />Upon hearing this, the personnel told Suarez’ brother that there is no need for them to talk as the matter has been settled.
