MANILA, Philippines - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Wednesday, November 8, that 1,444 out of 3,360 (42.98%) passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this November 2017.

PRC said that none of the schools was qualified in the top performing schools list as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010: WITH 50 OR MORE EXAMINEES AND WITH AT LEAST 80% PASSING PERCENTAGE.

Meanwhile, Paul Mark Paz Pilar from Ilocos Sur Community College topped the board with 88.80. It was followed by Joel Cadag Almoguerra from Masbate Colleges and Connie Jane Manlangit Convicto of Catanduanes State University (CSU) - Virac both with 88.65%.
