Those awaiting results of May 2016 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam can find here the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Accountancy (BoA) released results in few working days after the exam.
PRC administered the CPA board exam on May 11, 12, 15 and 16 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legaspi in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2015-953 or the rescheduling of board exam from May 8,9, 15 and 16 due to general elections.
The Board of Accountancy who gave the licensure exam is composed of Joel L. Tan-Torres, Chairman; Eliseo A. Aurellado, Gerard B. Sanvictores, Gloria T. Baysa, Concordio S. Quisaot and Samuel B. Padilla, Members.

The 4-day examination covered the following subjects: taxation, regulatory framework for business transactions, auditing, financial accounting and reporting, management advisory services and advanced financial accounting and reporting.
According to PRC, the target release date of the recent CPA board exam is on Monday, May 23 or in 5 working days after the exam.
In May 2015, results were out online in just 3 working days. PRC said that 2,132 out of 5,959 passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
In October last year, results were released in 4 working days. A total of 5,468 out of 13,317 passed the tests.
We advise examinees to monitor announcement of results from May 19 to 23 (3-5 working days).
Aside from the full results, the registration schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
