Top performing schools, performance of schools Civil Engineer (CE) board exam November 2015

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Tuesday, November 24 that 3,935 out of 9,482 (41.50%) passed the Civil Engineer (CE) board exam given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban this November 2015.

According to PRC Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, University of the Philippines- Los Baños (UPLB), University of the Philippines- Diliman (UP-D) and Technological University of the Philippines-Manila (TUP-M) are the top performing schools with 96.61%, 89.89% and 84.42% passing rate respectively.

The performance of schools in the November 2015 Civil Engineer (CE) board exam in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:


Top 10 Passers: CIT grad tops November 2015 Civil Engineer board exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially announced on Tuesday, November 24 the complete list of passers for the November 2015 Civil Engineer board exam. Armand Hezkel Bangolan Canoy, a graduate of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) topped the board with 94.80 percent grade.

Rayniel Joseph Martin Salonga of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Sta. Mesa placed second with 94.75 rating. It was followed by Juncel Garces Bayogo of the University of Eastern Philippines - Catarman.

MANILA, Philippines - Filipino-Australian Cyrus Villanueva was named grand winner of the X Factor Australia 2015 as announced on Tuesday night, November 24 during the live grand finals.

Cyrus Villanueva made a back-to-back wins for Filipinos following the success of Marlisa Punzalan who ruled the competition last year.



The 19-year old graphic design student toppled other finalists Sydney duo Jess Dunbar and Matt Price, both 24, and Louise Adams, 31, from Mount Gambier.




On the live performance night Monday, Villanueva shown a powerful rendition of Labrinth's “Jealous,” which moved his mentor, American rock icon Chris Isaak, and co-judge Dannii Minogue to tears. He also performed his audition song The Weeknd’s “Earned It" and the winner's song “Stone.”
